My room was clean. The AC unit worked extremely well since I was there in June. The location was not too bad for me. It was not as close for my son. Front desk was nice and got me in quickly. Their ice machine was down which was not good. I wish they had offered some better snacks to purchase. I will stay here again.

Staff were nice. First room smelled of cigarettes so we were moved. A sign by the front desk explained the housekeeping services but I didn’t read it until I questioned why the trash was not emptied nor beds made. I have never had this before in any hotels. I am fine with beds not changed nor towels.

Overall had a wonderful time staying here. Room were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. In future trips will stay here again

While the staff was excellent, super nice and helpful. This hotel was absolutely misleading it's name. I think the only way I could have been more uncomfortable while sleeping would have been if I had laid on artificial turf that covered concrete. It was as if the mattresses were made of pressed cardboard set right upon steel springs. As far back as I can recall, it was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I can remember sleeping in. I honestly thought I'd give the floor a shot at one point it was so bad. So nice staff, worst beds EVER. When my kids and I return to Franklin to visit family, I'd rather pitch a tent and sleep on the ground.
