Pool is always full and not clean at all , too many people & most of them are not residents ,yet per policy only 2 visitors per each resident are supposed to be only allowed and the management is doing nothing about it

The place is clean, worth the value but every time we go to the pool we find 20 30 people trashing the place using ALL GRILLS and don't live there while per lease policy only 2 guests are allowed per APARTMENT, that is not fun when you have to call the police every time, because the MANAGEMENT DOESN’T DO anything about it, also the pet waste problem is getting put of hand, I'd have lived somewhere else if there is a cleaner place with better security

Ive been a travel nurse for years without any problem with short term Leases all over the US as all of them are fair and just. Only in this apartment ive encountered the greediest who will drain you of your hard earned money. A lot of unexpected charges hidden in the fine print! So make sure you read it and be one step ahead. Dont get distracted with the niceness. Move out charges despite you clean the unit before leaving just to justify the non return of your security deposit! Always demand walk through before leaving or else they will charge you big time. $$$$$$ never again. Traumatizing experience. There’s nothing luxury in this aparment unless u consider “gated” as luxury and nothing else. If you dont want headaches, stay far away. If you read other other tenant reviews youll know what your getting into! they charged me insufficient notice to vacate full month worth of rent but had the unit rented in ten days… charged me with house cleaning despite cleaning the unit before i left, charged me with carpet turn over which are all part of wear and tear. Put everything into writing and clarify the vagueness of the lease fine print because thats where they are going to bleed you dry! Didnt fully disclose that you have to enroll directly with utility providers to avoid service charge on top of your bills.

I waited over a year to write this review, hoping things would get better but they've gotten worse. The place appears nice at first, advertising itself as a luxury accomodation and charging accordingly. The fitness center has 4 machines, but 3 of them do not turn on. We have asked about this but in over a year nothing has been done. When work orders are placed, they immediately mark them "resolved" when indeed nothing has been resolved. The hot tub looks nice, but hasn't been working since we moved in almost 1.5 yrs ago. It worked very briefly after much inquiry from the residents but still remains cold. The fire place also did not work for the majority of our time here until a new technician was hired. On several occasions we found inappropriate charges that were not rectified in a timely manner, if at all. We had to ask about it multiple times and it took 6 months and a letter to the CEO before they agreed to refund what they took, which was not an insignificant amount. It still hasn't been refunded. When we checked with other residents, they had the same story to tell: inappropriate fees (ie the penalty for not having renter's insurance, when we indeed provided documentation upon move-in, or the price difference for being on a short contract, which we are not). Last week, residents were give a 3 day notice to move our vehicles for road work, or we'd be towed - and indeed many of us were, with no apologies issued. Anyone out of town could not possibly comply, given only 3 days notice. The tow company made a killing that week and felt so bad for how things were handled that they gave us all a significant discount. At a "luxury apartment", much more from management is needed. At least a couple week's notice before a job that big would convey a bit more respect and consideration for residents out of the country or out of town - especially with many of us being travelling workers/medical personnel! There is an excessive amount of animal waste and pets off leash that is not being addressed despite other residents asking repeatedly for action. Barbecue area is poorly maintained. Once, the grill lit up a sizeable fire from the accumulated grease in there and there was no fire extinguisher in sight. There are also no fire extinguishers in the units which is strange. The gates to the pool area used to be unlocked - anyone could come in. However, the bathroom doors within the pool area were kept locked, leaving the beautiful pool area essentially unusable for paying residents. The pool is now completely closed, just in time for summer. We were not given a concrete reason for this. The units are also not luxury. Old, used ratty carpets are what we moved into. Running water is heavily chlorinated and no filtration system is available. The air system is noisy. Walls are thin and loud conversations can be heard in neighbors' units. Pros: work orders are generally handled in a timely and professional manner since they hired new staff. Outdoor barbecue area is very nice, although unusable since bathrooms are locked to us. The garden is very nice, something seems to be in bloom all year round. The maintenance people are friendly and professional.
