Old storage rooms, and the building itself too, the toilet does not work or you need to go ask for the key to the toilet, it is only on the first floor, the elevator is very old, and you need to hold the button to raise or lower the elevator with your hand, and the elevator door opens with your hand, the storage room was on 3rd floor, we went up, brought things and still had to be brought from the truck, but the elevator was busy, because there was only one elevator, and I first called the manager’s call button, nothing happened, then I called the manager and he said what was needed wait, in the end I waited 20 minutes. But I ordered a miwung company and I pay them for every hour, but the guys can’t do the job because they were waiting for the elevator, if on the first floor you can rent a storage room, but if on the 2nd or 3rd floor then I don’t advise anyone to use this storage !!! If you want to spend time and money then this is your right! Need updates and communication! And everything else!

I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name here but he was awesome!!! Very helpful and so nice. Answered all our questions and actually took time to make sure all our needs were taken care of while we were here. When we go back I will try to get his name.

Overall good experience although I would recommend that there are csrs go over every detail of the vehicle that you're renting and it would be great if they walked you out to the vehicle instead of looking for the vehicle. This would help avoid mistakes when renting and making sure that you get exactly what you need
