I first visted this business in 2010 when I was working in the mall. To this day I continue to utilize this gentleman's store because he is forthright, honest and upfront. I have never had anything less than a perfect experience here and would highly recommend this store, especially for repair. They work directly with dealers and always keep me informed throughout the repair process. Thess are the professionals you are looking for!

My husband and I have had an excellent experience at this store. We were always greeted nicely and they remembered us each time we came in the store. Due to the great service we received we have frequented the store several times over the last few months. If and when we need more jewelry we will definitely come back here! I would highly recommend this store.

Owner was so rude , we were buying a battery, just asking name of it, he started using bad words like stupid he dont want to disclose the name.we did not bargain also it cost $6 chsnge.

This is a classic example of how people misuse google reviews. Very conveniently you ignored that Your husband was the one to use the word Stupid first when I refused to give out the battery number that needed to be installed. I explained politely before that we are here to do business and not teach people how to change their own battery and what number battery to use. Even then you guys kept insisting on me giving you the battery number. When I refused your husband called me Stupid and then you guys kept cursing even while leaving the store. We normally charge $10 for a battery but since it was a cheap small click I offered to do it for $6 only to be called out Stupid and then expected to just get abused and keep quiet.

Do you guys buy bulova watches?
