I am currently in the market to purchase a pellet stove. I decided to go to Kegerreis stoves in bernville. I walked in, the notification bell went off, letting them know someone was in the showroom. I walked around the whole showroom and nobody came out to help me. So I left. I went home,called them and a woman answered the phone. I asked for a person who worked in the showroom , or a sales man. She asked what my name was,and what I needed. Then she asked if I was a current customer and what did I want. I don't call a place to get 20 questions from someone. Especially when initially I answered her first 2 questions. I politely told her, that I was looking to purchase a pellet stove and could possibly be a new customer. The phone went silent. I mean if she can't do her job, then they should retrain her. It was simply. All I asked was to talk to a person who had knowledge about the stoves in that showroom. But after looking at those prices they had on the stoves WOW! They can keep them. I went 2 other places prior to kegerris stoves. They were half the price keggerris had on their stoves. I mean $4,000 for a pellet stove, REALLY ! Good luck with your business, because I made my choice, and it certainly isn't yours.

We were having an issue with our stove insert and after a simple call, they fit us in the next day. Being so cold and winter temperatures we needed asap our heat source back. Marlin the service technician was so professional and worked extremely well with his job at hand and most of all answering my questions. I would highly recommend and will continue to use this company.

The company has less than great customer service and terrible communication. The fireplace install and final product was good, but not what we had originally discussed. It was a very frustrating process and not sure I’d use them again.
