We were very pleased with the sale, preparations, and installation of our new fireplace. Cisco was excellent as he explained what we needed to do to prepare, and guided us through the buildout with our contractor. Fischer was knowledgeable and professional onsite at our installation, on time and courteous. Jaime did a great job during the installation, and explaining to us how to work our new fireplace. My wife and I are very pleased, and would highly recommend The Fireplace and Chimney Authority.

The workers did a great job cleaning and inspecting my fireplace and provided me before and after cleaning pictures. What a difference! They were very professional and friendly.

Can I have an old existing fireplace retrofitted to an electric screen insert with a heater built in? I have seen these and would like to have one installed but other fireplace stores do not offer the service. I can buy insert unit to install.

Dear Thom, The short answer is "maybe". Since each fireplace creates its own unique situation, the best option would be to visit one of our showrooms and speak with one of our fireplace pros. Bring along the dimensions of your current fireplace and some pictures if you are able.
