My father in-law just described this store as “The great perfect nice grill store”. Take it for what it’s worth.

I have not done business with this company, but the way that their technician is driving through my residential area has ensured that I never will. It is not a good idea to speed, drift over the centerline, and pass in a school bus zone when you have the company name and phone number on your truck.

My first visit to this retailer looking for replacement logs for my gas burning fireplace. Never felt the warm & fuzzy Customer experience ( no pun intended) I went expecting to pay $400- $500 for remote control replacement logs for my gas fireplace in my Home. By end of visit I was told I needed an entire burner replacement and logs $1400+ later. That was a NO!!!! Price point way too high so not a store I plan to revisit. Went in very hopeful left very disappointed!!

Questions & Answers

I have fireplaces that were designed for coal burning. Can non-vented gas logs be used in them? Also the largest fire area is about 30 in. long by 15 in. deep and the smallest is 18 in.long by 8 in. deep. Do they come in small sizes? Thanks

Hi Linda, On your Fireplace that is 30 inches wide x 15 inches deep. You should be able to fit an 18 inch Vent free Gas Logs with burner. Does the back wall temper or narrow or is it square? On the smaller Fireplace, you do not have enough clearance. Please stop by our Showroom, I have several vent free gas logs burning live. Please take a picture of both your Fireplaces, & bring your measurements. Also we need the height. Next question do you already have Natural or Propane gas running in to your home? Any of our sales consultant s will be happy to assist you. Thank You for your questions.

Our condo, built in the 80's has gas fireplace logs. What measurements or information do you need for replacement logs. Currently, a switch on log in fireplace is used to turn flames on. We want to consider a purchase, which uses a remote control.

The best thing to do is measure the width of the back wall, width and height of the opening, and the depth from the opening to the back wall. Then take 3 photos of your fireplace, one from 3-4 feet that shows the opening and everything in it. Another from 7-10 ft that shows the mantel and hearth if there is one. And third, a picture of the current control valve inside the firebox. Then come into the shop and one of our sales persons will be able to inform you of your options. (I've worked at the shop for 12+ years)

i have a gas fireplace that is vented to the outside with a doghouse and cold air BLOWS through the vents when not in use. I hear this is a common problem. How can it be resolved?

Not knowing your manufacture, sounds like you have a direct vent fireplace. Please locate the brand and model number so we can better assist you with your issue.

I want a set of vent free LP gas logs that the flame can be manually adjusted. I do not want a wall or remote thermostat. I want the logs themselves to turn on and off by the setting I set them at. Is this possible at all??

Hi Troy, With Propane Vent Free Gas Logs, you will need a t-stat burner with a control knob. You set it to the temperature you want for your room and it will come on and off automatically. If you visit our Showroom, we would be happy to explain how this system works.
