These units come in a variety of dimensions and typically range anywhere from about a 4' x 4' x 4' unit to an 8’ x 4’ x 5’ unit to a 5’ x 10’ x 4’ unit. Our storage closets are for personal items like luggage, seasonal clothing, duffel bags, books, or paper documents and can fit about 6 to 8 medium boxes. When it is time to check into your unit, you’ll need to provide a government issued photo ID. You will also need the first months rent, but only if you have not already paid. If you are using your own coverage to insure your unit, we recommend bringing your proof of insurance as well.

If you lost the key to your unit, please stop by the facility's office during business hours so the location manager can help you regain access to your unit. We don’t keep a copy of your key, so we may have to cut the lock. In that case, you’ll need a replacement.
Follow the instructions on the keypad to enter your gate code. For most of our gates, you will enter your unit number then pound followed by your four digit code then enter *. If you have any issues accessing your unit, please contact your facility manager.
Per our lease requirements, only the lease holder and any authorized users on the lease may have access to your storage unit.
Most of our units are best locked with a disc lock, available for purchase at our facilities. While other lock types do work, the design of the disc lock helps deter someone from cutting it.

Most of our facilities are encircled by a fence. To gain access to the storage buildings, users must pass through an access gate fitted with a keypad. Once you've decided your payment amount and how much to pay, click "Pay Now" and the payment will be processed.
Simply click "My Account" in the upper right hand corner to log into your account to make a payment. We also offer autopay so you don't have to worry about your bill each month. If you prefer, you can always stop by the facility during office hours to pay in person.

From time to time, there may be a minimal adjustment to your rental rate. We strive to provide the most competitive rates, but we also want to maintain the best facilities in the industry.
Your unit rental payment can come in the form of a check, credit card, debit card, or cash. You can also sign up for autopay. If you are a Canadian customer, please contact your facility manager regarding debit card processing.
You will need to provide notice before the month you plan to move out. For example, if you are planning to move out in January, notice should be turned in by December 31st.
We do not charge a deposit. When you rent a unit with us, there is a small, one-time administration fee. We also require you to purchase Value Coverage for your unit or provide a home owner's or renter's policy that covers self storage units.
