Great experience so far at the DUMBO location - the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, attentive, quick to help - Ashley, Vanessa, Marvin - hope I am remembering everyone's names right! And everything looked clean. Booked over the phone but you can do it online too. We rented a unit here for a few months some 10 years ago - it has changed management/owners since then - it is SO MUCH BETTER now. Thank you!
