when you call the day before to confirm pickup, you should leave a message or email if I don’t pick up because I’m in a work meeting and it’s an unknown number. you shouldn’t just immediately cancel my reservation, leaving me to get a 10’ truck instead of a 15’ as needed and to not have enough space to move my whole apartment. not to mention that the OWNER U-of Haul Moving & Storage of Flushing 3630 College Point Blvd Flushing, NY 11354 looked at his phone instead of me for 30 seconds before greeting me when I was right in front of him. and then had no interest in helping me complete my pickup when the mobile site was getting an error. and then again when he tried scanning my id with his phone, saying it wasn’t working, but presenting no solution, and no interest in finding a solution, as the owner of this business, to help out a customer in need. the entire experience was awful.

I've scheduled a 15 inch truck to pick up, but when I went to pick it up they said the didn't have any truck in the size that I scheduled to rent. That is such a waste of time.
