After an initial issue with truck availability the staff really exceeded my expectations and were able to remedy the issue and get me on my way quickly. Really great customer service from the truck readiness crew and the customer service associate who even came in early and opened the store to help me. Really appreciated!

1. No truck that was promised in the contract was availabe at the location. 2. They put less gas than on the sheet. If you are new, you will easily miss that. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas, yet thy charged me $43 because the gauge was different than the sheet. I uploaded photos (i have video too) to customer service with no response.

It cost me about 120 to go from jersey city to Queens with milage and insurance. Prices vary according to milage
You gotta call them. Taxes, milleage, and insurance is what bumps the price. It could be as low as $20. But then with added fees and everything probably closer to $40-50.
It'll be arounf hundred bucks. $40 for two hours, $20-50 for mileage, $15 for insurance plus gas.
Call them direct. If you do this today you got more than enoigh time to ensurr yoi fet thst small truck
