This is my first time at a a Pepboys. This place is the worst! I’ve been here since 9am on a Sunday morning to replace and realign four tires...3+ hours and I’m still sitting here. When I ask how long more will it take, it’s always “it’s almost ready...’”. Employees are rude and act as of they’re doing YOU a favor. I would never come back here nor would I ever recommend Pepboys to anyone. Wish I could give a zero star but unfortunately that’s not available here. In a separate incident one of the front desk guy/worker was arguing with an elderly man like he was at the club..it was bizarre how he treated this elderly customer. Made me wonder how his parents raised him.

I come here at 10am this morning for inspection my car, they Said it’s take 2 hours, after 2 and 30 minutes I asked them how long it take, that time they argue with me and said it’s take more time you want to stay or go. They are very rude. I never come here again. You have to take care of them otherwise you loses business. You have to take action against them. Today Is the 2nd day of October 2022

There is an employee at the PepBoys on Merrick Blvd. named Peter. I have had the pleasure of dealing with him on two occasions, he is very pleasant and professional. Peter was definitely the reason I returned to this particular location after having a bad experience with another employee there.
