I went to change rotors and break pads for 4 wheels. I paid for 4 pads and rotors. THEY DIDN'T CHANGE IT. I wait hours for nothing. They just sent a reply. That is it!!!! Only a reply!!!!!OMG. Is there any way to rate Pep Boys minus 5?

I even bought parts to replace the brake pads and made a reservation at 1 o'clock to visit. When we arrived, they said that it was full of cars being repaired inside, so our car would be in in 20-30 minutes and it would take 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes to change the brake pads. ㅇㅋ I was about to go to a nearby cafe, but my car entered right away. So I drank coffee thinking it would be over in a little over an hour, and when I came back after an hour, I was doing nothing except the front wheel. So when I asked when it would end, he said he was doing it and did nothing. Everyone was sitting and eating pizza and small talk. After waiting another 30 minutes, when I went back, they said they were doing it, and they still had only the front wheel removed, and the staff were sitting, walking around, or talking small. When I ask how long it will take, they just say they are doing it. The attitude of the staff was also very unfriendly. Arrived at 1pm and finished shortly after 4pm, so I stayed there for almost 3 hours. If you don't want to waste time, you'd be better off going somewhere else. A place I never want to go again
