Brenda is the best. I confided in her she's extremely supportive and she takes time to talk n listens to me it is very refreshing. She's just a beautiful person. Five month's later? I've barely seen her. Its wild this review was viewed over 1,000 times. But lately? Not so happy . I'll have to spare the details. Just that its chilly in there..

i had a great experience-and i needed to comment on the tech who drew my blood-i think it was 'brenda' (please make sure i got this correct-she was great, and deserves some recognition!). the check in machine wasn't working correctly, and she was apologizing to clients-which efinitely wasn't her responsibilty-but she knew that the clients felt heard, and the apology calmed them down, and she was willing to humble herself, and that is a great employee! i usually have trouble being drawn-due to anxiety, and it makes a difficult draw when you are tense...but she out me at ease, and it went so quickly! truly-she is wonderful!

I wrote a review about the two women at the window and in the back extremely rude and dismissive and ignored my question as if I never asked it 3 times just kept telling me to wait in the waiting room and then never answered and walked right by me out the door to lunch . I wrote a review and they never posted it . Person over looking them must not hold them accountable for anything and it shows in the way they treat people
