Great place!!! It's beautiful and mostly quiet. Sometimes kids from Yale hop the fence but they are just jogging so it's not a big deal. I will warn everyone there is a female bear with cubs living over there. She comes around the neighborhood but hasn't bothered anyone. Of course lots of deer over there.

You will need a Regional Water Authority pass to access the property, and a Connecticut fresh water fishing license to fish. Be advised that RWA patrols and will all for ID. Always a great walk thorough out the year. The view is ever changing. You may see deer, pheasant, red tail hawk, turkey, and an army of chipmunks. The fishing is very good: bass, trout, and catfish.
