Very rude worker denied to cash my check cause I said wow that is a lot of money to cash a check I just said it as a statement. He told me that he is the owner and he can do what he want. Cause he owns the place and he closing the shop earlier than the time it said it would.

Yes
If you use western union you can still pay UI for free. Also it's $2.50 if you just pay out with out using WU. Don't know about any other bills.hope this helps
