I'm not sure what you mean by storage bags. We sell various sizes of mailing envelopes and we sell many different sizes of boxes that can be used for storage.
Once the letter reaches Costa Rica it is up to their postal service to deliver the letter. So, there is no way for us to know when it will be delivered.
