Went in for an oil change, rotate and balance. Guess they forgot the balance part. Would be one star but they fixed it for free after we pointed out we had been there within the last two weeks for the work so 2 stars. Kinda makes you question the quality of work for a tire place when they don’t balance the tires

I generally don't like Firestone, but the guys at this one are always so helpful and don't shove services down your throat. They are respectful and have always taken good care of me. Even last minute when they are super busy, they work me in.
