The lady attending patients at the window is extremely unprofessional and rude. Just because a person signed his name on the wrong side of a sheet she told him to go learn English. If you don’t want to work there go work somewhere else.

Yes, need prescription and the hours are from 7 - 3:30 pm
No, just the doctor's prescription and arrive an hour before. They close at 3:30 pm.
