Service was good, initial process for first time is very confusing should have someone be outside to explain what to expect or have a service board to spell out the process. But once someone tells you what to expect it's smooth. Be patient it took about an hour to service the car from start to finish. Team member recommended what was needed and provided options, no upselll or pressure to buy additional services just recommendations on what and when needed. I definitely would recommend this place.

I frequently use the Jiffy Lube in Belleville, NJ to change the oil and filter on my two vehicles. The technician showed me the cabin filter and I couldn't believe how dirty it was. That is something that you would never think to replace. I told them to change it. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and even used a $15 coupon. I am very happy with the service at the Jiffy Lube in Belleville.

Service was Outstanding! Exceeded my expectations. Service staff Including Oscar and Nelson was friendly and knowledgeable. My car felt brand new after Service. And they made recommendations of Service my car will need in the future which is invaluable. I highly recommend.
