After the recent passing of my father, I reached out to Lori after reading their excellent reviews. She made the entire process as seamless and painless as possible. She made sure I got everything signed that was required for the state to move the process along and then took over everything else. She even took special requests for locks of hair, separate urns, etc. All was done efficiently with compassion and professionalism. I cannot recommend this business, and Lori, more highly.

When my fiance passes away as most we are never ready. My first call was to Lori's Funeral Home and Cremation . I was in total disbelief of what just happen and the chaos I was in , then I heard her voice , the calmness , the care, so soothing and loving , understanding . The time she took to be patient , she listen to my questions and answered them to the best of her capacity . Lori was and is amazing , her staff as well very professional , caring, and they cared . Especially when they came to our home the place of my fiance passing to transport him . They even let me say my last good bye to him . They are very unprofessional and once they get your money you don't matter took them weeks to creamat my mother then they sent her to us in a Mary Kay box and didn't send us a death certificate so we live out of town and major inconvenience I can't settle my mother's affairs without it. Think twice before using these guys!!!
