Arrived early, was told they only take people by appointment. Street parking is available but can fill up quickly. Got a door, five hours later, green light. Went to get paperwork only to be told I had been put in the wrong door and had to go back to a door on the other end of the building. In the new door now waiting to be loaded. People I spoke to were nice, and decent amount of space to maneuver.

This Place is Great when it comes to getting load and checking out. The Guards in the Check In Gate are slow and pathetic. They used to come out to your truck and had you checked in and moving in a couple minutes now it takes them forever and they can’t get the butts out of their chairs to go out to the truck like they’re supposed to or get off their phones. The missing star is for the check in gate
