You would probably have to go into the office. New tenets are different from existing even tho our rent has raised $150 last year and the year before. We have a 2bdrm 2bth. Been here since 2016.
They always have empty units because they raise the rent all the time. One bedroom 1005.00 or less for the first lease. Good Luck. I won't recommend for you to move here if you have two cars, they have a parking problem here and they are very picky.
