My names is James and recently had gone in for dental visit to remove my wisdom teeth. I don’t usually write reviews but felt this one was needed. Assistant Annie did a fantastic job. I was very well helped and asked multiple times how I was doing which provided more comfort and relieve during the process. To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.

If your health insurance provides dental benefits, our financial office will work with you to optimize your coverage while minimizing your out-of-pocket expense. We are also happy to help you file insurance claims to expedite your reimbursement from non-participating plans.
