The worst! multiple times delivery said it was attempted while I was home. No notice left and no attempt not even a drive by! can't believe they hire people that don't do their job with mo repercussions. Now I have to trust them to deliver my package it 3 days late. There has got to be more for us as the consumer to make sure they do their job and held accountable when they dont

I used to work here. I didn’t last past 3 weeks. A lot of crazy people work there. First day I get there, I’m in the security area and there are employees fighting with security, with management and with each other. I instantly didn’t want to be there. In the warehouse, where I was unloading, the place was a mess/completely unorganized. Boxes and packages thrown about everywhere and when I mean everywhere I mean there were packages that were thrown about in places where they not supposed to be. Packages under the conveyors, all over the floor - I can definitely see where people’s packages get lost and/or stolen. There were packages without labels on them thrown about. The supervisors seemed really unmotivated (like they didn’t want to be there) and didn’t try to even motivate the other workers to do better. Some of those managers had some attitude problems and one of them spoke to me in a real condescending manner- I came close to asking him if he wanted to take it outside. Also the place needs to close for a week to have pest control do a major extermination.

My package left new York last week. I am in Colorado. Which is west of Brooklyn. They sent my package east to Keasbey NJ where it has sat for a week. Last time Fedex was the courier, my package was left sit in the rain out by our camper and ruined. I wish all online shopping came with choice of courier. I would never choose Fedex. My order was also from Walmart. Although I found out that they are actually selling junk for 3rd party vendors and taking a cut to put junk on their website. Then they charge you to restock said junk and sell it to someone else. Avoid walmart market place as well as Fedex if possible. SMH
They are ridiculous! It should be called 2 weeks shipping. You could drive across the country and pick up a package and get back home before they arrive. Plus they will charge you 20 30 bucks for 2 day shipping and it still takes a week. Sad...
You can call FedEx but that is a waste of your time. They can only repeat what you already know. Will NEVER use FedEx again. As bad as USPS can be sometimes, it is much better than FedEx.
Unfortunately they don't you'll have to find someone who carpool in your city.
Could be damaged and was returned or stolen. Always ask your sender to request an adult signature or ask FedEx to hold your packages nearby then pick up using photo ID. Catalytic converters are being swiped. Packages are an easy mark too.
Call the company and ask
It probably got damage in process of lost in transit. FedEx don't tell you if fhey lost their thing. Please file a claim if you haven't got it after 3-5 day of your supposed delivery date.

Call FedEx customer care and let them know or locate the Hub in the delivery update and ask for a supervisor or manager and they will definitely make sure the package is not released until you sign or ask for the package to be held at the Hub
