Kevin, who is the manager of the site was great and helped a lot with all questions I had. Super friendly and even though I had some dumb questions, he was ready to answer. Would definitely recommend here.

Drove thru, wanting to rent a spot opening up. Place was dirty and smelled really bad. For the amount of rent, I expected more. And homeless are in and out.

I'm still here. So therefore I must like it here and very good place to be, right here in town, I can walk or ride to buy groceries or just walk and be safe. This is why I like living in Fairfield RV & Mobile Home Park. Not only that: I like the management of Fairfield Mobile Home Park and RV.

My parents have been long term residents here in FMHP Est. '04. Throughout the years, it seems we've had decent managers. This new manager (female, I can't remember her name) is fixing the place up! Its starting to look like a community! White picket fence with nice landscape designs. I'm sure it's still work in progress but it's coming long marvelously. Great progress!! Hopefully the Park can finally get the laundromat back up and running again!!

No but Vacaville has a couple very clean rv and mobile home parks on midway rd. This one is where people live full time and isn't very clean

They are pretty generous in what they allow, tiny houses, RV, trailer, or mobile home. just ask!

Yes it is a long term RV park, you may park here with your RV.

Our park in Vallejo offers daily and weekly rates as well.. Fairfield Mobile home and RV park Currently offers long term Monthly spaces

Is it possible to just use their dump station? How much do they charge if so?

There is no dumpster that I've seen. Tenants have their own residential bins

Any RV over 10 years needs regional manager approval... The basic monthly rate is 650 plus utilities... and usually the spots availible are only big enough to handle RV's under 30 feet....
