Dr. Greg Berkley never showed up to my virtual appointment. Poor communication. I'll be avoiding this place in the future. EDIT: I called after and was rescheduled for the next day with Cynde Gardner who was fantastic. Keeping 1 star as there seems to be an issue at this facility with scheduling, but the care I received once I was seen was great.

I am surprised to see negative comments about Dr. Brimberry. He is truly a wonderful doctor and diagnosed my lung problems when several other doctors missed it. He is thorough and analytical. If you want a doctor who will explain the scientific issue to you then he’s perfect. I typically see Dr. Shultz because I prefer a female doctor for my primary care while my husband sees Brimberry. Dr. Shultz is also wonderful. She is caring and listens closely. You would be in good care with either doctor.

During the covid-19 pandemic lab didn’t offer call in and wait outside serviced for lab work. Although every few chairs are blocked off for social distancing I didn’t feel comfortable in the waiting room as (1) nearly every seat was full and less than recommended 6 Ft apart, in addition you have to walk down a very long narrow hallway to get there with little air circulation. As research shows covid-19 is a respiratory virus is primarily spread through aerosols, at least 20% may never show symptoms, incubation and infection period can be very long. Due to this, it seems insane to me that they aren’t requiring call in before entering the building and the lab. If they only allowed one or two people in the waiting room at a time they will likely save staff and patient infections and lives.
