Truly, TownePlace Suites is your home away from home. The Front desk personnel warmly greets you as you are given brief information for your stay. I was surprised to see a full sized refrigerator and kitchen. The closet space is so very accommodating, as well as all of the storage you have at your fingertips. Breakfast is served daily with an array of choices, which are tasty. Outside there is seating with a firepit and even a Weber grill if you choose to grill your own food. The Front desk even has the Weber seasonings..just ask. This is such a hidden gem. The location was perfect, minutes from I-75 as well as a variety of restaurants and shopping. When in the area I will be staying here again.

Positive: The staff are the friendliness people and are willing to do whatever to make your stay better. Staff were the absolute kindiest people and both seemed to really care about their job and for the people staying in the hotel. Negative: Absolutely not

Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and in disrepair. I walked into the lobby where there was an active water leak coming from the ceiling. My room was clean but old. Several items such as the dead bolt didn't work. It is cheap.
