Bad program with little to no understanding of addiction. They will lie to your face when you go in and talk about how good of a program it is. All they care about is building their new facility and maintaining donations from local churches so they don't have to answer to anyone.

I heard this was a great organization so I got my friend in and he just got out in today but I have not been informed on how it goes with visitation? And calls? Can someone please inform me on this. Thanks so much

I don't know how long ago this was posted but I'll share the information for others to see. If he completes the 90-day program he can opt to apply for their halfway house. They also have (or had) a Vocational Training program as well. I can't remember if they are one in the same. He and his counselor can discuss the options. If he has completed his first 30 days he would be attending an outside Twelve-Step Group where he could ask about other options from people who faced the same issues. He can also apply to outside halfway houses (such as Oxford House), look into longer-term options like Hope Haven. If all else fails the Uptown Shelter (Also operated in part by the Charlotte Rescue Mission,) is an option.
Hi David! We serve residents who would not otherwise be able to afford treatment--as such, our programs are entirely free.
Hi Sandy! You can send mail to PO Box 33000, Charlotte, NC 28233. Thank you!
Wesley, my man. What are the odds, brother! I sure hope they do. Keep pushing those weights.
There is NO way to do that, the only option is to go to "behavioral health" and have them committed for 3 days to a week. They will probably send the client over to Anuvia where treatment "can" begin.
Yes, all of our recovery services are offered at no-cost.
The food is usually great. Vending machines are available.
