Only during shelter times and they are open. During evacuation time, yes we do provide for the homeless . I hope this helped . Right now in Rockingham county, there are none scheduled.
Your best bet is salvation army or dss. The hope program operating from red cross lovation is manned by volunteers from osborne Baptist and distributes food. Its possible one of these fine folks can help you.
