My friends and I enjoyed the food,but I was a little disappointed with the Togo containers, I ordered a steak dinner and after eating the appetizers from the table I had to ask for a Togo container for my steak dinner which was still hot and the waitress brought me this paper box container I have been to cheaper restaurants and they have plastic containers with lids. I was very disappointed in this 5 star rating Steakhouse.

First time here and had SO many issues. Not coming back anymore. This was “supposed” to be a 4 star restaurant. When our waiter Gustavo took our order, he squats and leaned in. I thought he would stand next to us and take the order. I did not like that, nor feel comfortable. We ordered Iceberg Wedge and nobody ever brought us any utensils. Waitors just passed by and never offered help. We waited over 12 minutes to get someone’s attention to bring us silverware. He just said “my bad”. Our waiter came 5 more minutes after that with our food . My son ordered a burger with bacon and they didn’t include it. Our waiter never mentioned anything that they ran out of bacon until he came back from the kitchen. He brought back bacon bites, which he said was just as good 😡 This was unacceptable. Just say we are out, or we have bacon bits, if you would like that instead. His burger seemed and looked like a burger you’d get from Whataburger. The bun looked squashed with and his meat was also red. My son ate it because he was hungry (and 14 years old). My steak was supposedly “well done “ but had pink on the sides. I at this point decided to eat it. They were taking such long times to get the food and would’ve hated to have something worse instead or burnt. Steak didn’t have much flavor or juice as other steaks do. For $50, NOT worth it. Take my review and do as you will. Looked at other peoples pictures of their steak and they don’t look like mine did. Maybe we should’ve came during the day when the managers come by your table asking how your meal was. My sister did like her baked potato and her steak was ok from what she said. Hope your food is better!!

This is absolutely one of the best steakhouses in DFW. They five huge portions and have great customer service. I had no complaints at all. Our waiter was very kind and patient with my son which was a plus b/c he was being a busy body and asking him a ton of questions lol. I highly recommend giving them a try!!!! I can't wait to return.

Visited here October 9, 2021. The chicken breast was really good. I would give 5 stars but our waiter said they had NO STRAWS! How does a steakhouse run out of straws😂. But the place has a nice ambiance, the service was good as well. Their specialty drinks were good as well.
