Let me start by saying in regards to bedside manner Dr. Ramsey has it, but she should definitely do a better job of checking on her staff members, especially those in charge of labs. In December 2021 I had an ectopic pregnancy and had one of my Fallopian tubes removed. I’m not on birth control, which she knew, and I was complaining of nausea that has always bothered me, but had recently become a severe problem. Nothing about this place says we care about YOU. I went in for anxiety, nausea, and reflux. I received a complete physical w/ blood and urine samples taken, but no pregnancy test was ever given. Like how?! I was given antidepressants and muscle relaxers only to find out, AT HOME THAT I WAS ACTUALLY PREGNANT the whole time! They had several people call me trying to cover their tracks because I mentioned mal-practice, but the doctor herself never reached out, not even to answer an email. After promising me a Rushed REFERRAL to a MATERNAL FETAL SPECIALIST, they refused to answer my emails or calls. I was only able to actually find out WHO they referred me to after my husband called. Never again!!!

No complaints with the doctors or nurses but the support staff is slow and incompetent. Billing is always messed up from billing an old insurance (when we updated the new info with the front desk) to billing for the wrong subscriber on the insurance policy leading to denial. If you need to talk to a nurse in an emergency you can count on waiting 2 business days. If you need to make an appointment you’ll be on hold for an hour or more. Also had to wait for long periods in the waiting room to see the doctor. Not worth the hassle even though Dr Vacalis and Patel are good.

I’ve been going here for 10 years. The doctors, nurses, and the front desk ladies are friendly and always helpful. Dr. Petruska was my doctor but now I see Ann Watts. She always listens to me and has the best medication recommendations. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else 😊 Also, I live within walking distance now which makes it even better!
