The doctors here are great. However, I have to have labs drawn every 6 months, and dread it because the lab staff are extremely rude (specifically one lady in particular). I have never encountered staff so unpleasant and disrespectful in a healthcare facility. I am always asked for my name & birthday and told to sit down. I am never told before I am stuck and the tourniquet is always left on my arm entirely too long before blood is drawn. Besides name and d.o.b., if you are spoken to at all, you are spoken to in the most impolite and dismissive manner.

Dr. Bonar is very intelligent! I will say the Lab personal is terrible! The blonde headed lady in the lab needs to learn RESPECT! RUDE! Get a new Lab tech!!!!

Awful. With Dr. Bonar--they have ZERO urgency for Type 1 diabetics and incorrectly fill prescriptions to the point where we have to put money out of pocket for insulin when it SHOULD be covered by insurance. You claim you can't change prescriptions until we make an appointment, but make the appointment a month+ out, to the point where insulin needs to be RATIONED. This kind of facility is the type who causes insulin-rationing patients to pass away because they can't get their medicine. On top of that, my husband is on the PUMP, yet you're still taking his long-acting insulin into account FOR NO REASON. So, he has to suffer from your negligence to change the medications over.
