I spoke to the person at the front desk to let them know that we were selling our camper when I posted it back in July 2022 and told him that we were selling our camper and when we finally got someone to buy our camper I called them the same day that the camper was sold to let them know that we were ending our RV service with them and ask them for a prorated amount I got told that the person was not in and then I have to wait to the next day for the billing person then I came in three days after that and then was told again that I have to wait until the billing person comes in I have been waiting almost a month now with no phone calls no voicemail letting me know any information or updates finally called them today for them to tell me that my check is waiting at the office and again nobody called me or left me a voicemail to let me know i’m giving one star because of poor communication

Super nice. Trustworthy. They show up. Really reasonable rates for firewood. Delivery right when they say it will be delivered -I mean exactly on time for the time they say it will be delivered! They call to let you know it’s coming. I use them any time I need firewood. Awesome business.
