Excellent customer service, great prices and selection. I found exactly what I wanted. My salesperson, Willie at the Waynesville store, was instrumental in making my selection. No pressure, helpful, friendly and courteous. I have shopped many times at CFC and had similar experiences each time. Thanks for a great shopping experience. One thing, the shipping cost of $199 was a disappointment. I understand it is coming through a third party contractor but it really sticks it to the customer especially if they live less than 20 miles away.

I requested information online with several furniture companies late Sunday night for pricing on a bedroom set.. Amy at Carolina Furniture Concepts was the first person to respond Monday morning. She was very helpful calling the manufacturer for a shipping time frame and she gave me a reasonable price. SORRY Furnitureland South you just didn't respond quick enough!!
