My daughter was a patient with UF Behavioral Health for about 3 years. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have an answering system that relays your requests through a call center so you can never reach a physician directly. Its an endless game of phone tag and extremely rude , unapologetic, children with bad attitudes working at the call center, half the tome I had to ask to speak to a manager. They try to direct you to a portal for online communication also, but when asked to have someone call me , I would not get a response. I am so glad I no longer trust this practice for my childs care. Best thing I did this year was fire them.

I applaud the staff. Most pply making comments are naive and don't have any idea what goes into patient care, so of course they have negative feelings. You (as patients) are there for a reason. Accordingly, anyone with a sense of reasoning will take your input with grain of salt...due to the fact that you are there for unfortunate circumstances, you wouldn't be there if you could handle the situation. No one in the general public is capable of forming judgment due to their inherent need for service and conflict of interest. The poor reviews should definitely be ignored.

Worst hospital I’ve ever been to! I’m still here the doctor here don’t listen to a word I say. State I don’t try my best when tear are running down my face! Not to mention I went from having no room, them sticking me in a hallway and didn’t receive food for over 24 hours. Also by the time I actually got a room I wasn’t even in there for 12 hours before they didn’t I wasn’t important enough and moved me to a another room with another patient at 12 at night. I have never in my life felt more uncomfortable and belittled. I would give -5 starts if I could!
