I'm not sure exactly. You would have to Google the trains go to deer park at Atlantic terminal or just go to the station instead. I am pretty sure they leave early.
I use Atlantic Terminal a lot but I don't own a car. I looked up info on parking near the station and there were lots of listing for private parking. My suggestion is looking up parking facilties on line. Also there is a lot of metered parking, but from my observation, not very many empty spots. Good luck!

Jim Marshall is correct. In most cases, starting at Atlantic Terminal, you will have to transfer at Jamaica to travel on the Babylon line.
