The parking situation here is the worst I've ever experienced, you literally can't have a guest over because there are no visitor spaces available ever. The front office doesn't give out a visitor pass or assign you a space as they should. And they are quick to tow a guest vehicle but offer no assistance. Construction vehicles park in the spaces days at a time. So again a lack of spaces unless you just park your car in a visitor space. the people they hired to paint and remodel have zero respect for personal property and space. They got paint all over my patio chair and completely tore my balcony screen. You could have at least moved my chair ridiculous. It also looks like the people hired to remodel the community are out of code for there work. Inspectors came and put cease and desist on the front office and apartments exteriors remain exposed and unfinished over 3 months now. Since they cut everyones balcony screens and have not returned to repair, insects have begin making homes inside the balcony. Eye sores everywhere, uncomfortable living spaces, a bigger lack of parking, I been living here 3yrs and now I want out since its under new management.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. If I could give zero stars, I would. My roommates and I live on the second floor of a three story building, and our bathroom roof has been leaking on and off for the last five months. We have contacted the office about it multiple times, and their only solution is to send someone to replace the drywall of our ceiling, and repaint. Not once have they addressed the source of the water, even when my roommates and I have asked them to investigate. There are german roaches in the walls, the insulation is horrible, and the neighbors scream day and night. The office has awful communication. Honestly, I cannot understand for the life of me why there are anything but one star reviews. Do not make the same mistake I did by signing a lease with this complex.

The resident experience at the Dawsons is a joke. Waited 2 months for an apartment that I was denied a tour from because “they’re still finishing up the repairs” the day prior to move in.. was also told we couldn’t get our keys til 3 PM on move-in date. Upon move-in date, we come to find we’re on the third floor which was not communicated, neither was mailbox number. We come into our apartment where it is apparent that a move-in inspection was not done by the leasing office as we had a rusted dishwasher and stove, all of the refrigerator shelves were broken. It took 28 days for the A/C to get checked and replaced. Theres closet doors unhinged, cabinets distressed, door knobs missing on cabinets, roaches crawling everywhere, things that need fixture like shower/toilet paper rods. These things have been communicated previously and while some things have been taken care of, other things have been as if its not their duty to take care of. Would not recommend

We are here from maybe 1 month and we think is so nice. it's clean, the neighbors are polite and nice, the girls in the office are always nice and the maintainers always smile too. This is especially comforting for me as an Italian! unfortunately we haven't been able to go to the pool yet because I still have 1000 boxes to put away, but I'm sure we will especially like our little boy
