They lie, been living here for almost a year and still haven’t got my signing bonus good luck trying to talk to anyone that will do anything they run you around in circles. The fire alarm is currently going off for the third time today when they mentioned nothing about. Overall not a enjoyable place to live at all.

Do not live here. All the appliances are way outdated. Had a bug problem for the 2+years that I lived here, never fixed. They failed to match me with a roommate according to my interests, so I was match with a dude who never goes outside. Long story short I’ve been living in my bedroom for the last 2 years.

People are constantly entering my apartment without my permission! and sometimes even without notice! If it weren’t for this I would give 5 stars for it providing adequate housing for a low price. But the fact that people enter my apartment without permission or notice is infuriating. I have lived in many apartments and I have NEVER felt this intruded upon. I’ve been here less than a year and there have been about 10 occasions where I have come home to find someone in my apartment without permission. It would be understandable if it was always for something we needed but this isn’t the case. They have entered my apartment for “maintenance issues” that we never requested help for. They have come into my home to “fix the wifi” when my wifi was not down and We hadn’t indicated that it was. They often leave our door wide open the entire time they are in our apartment. Recently we had two men knock on our door asking if our wifi was down. We told them it doesn’t need fixed. We left shortly after and returned to find that they were in our apartment, and were granted access by ON50. When I asked if they had let us know that they would be entering, I was given the response “We don’t have to”. This honestly isn’t a bad place to live, the staff is mostly friendly and I appreciate the apartment considering the price we are paying. But I feel that this NEEDS to be brought to attention. It’s to the point where my roommates don’t feel safe. My roommates and I have even gone back through our emails and texts to see if we were ever notified that someone would be entering our apartment and confirmed that on multiple occasions we were not given advance notice.

DONOT contact leasing if you are not aware of rules by yourself. The leasing employees are friendly but they do not know the rules either and misguide you. You'll end up paying because of it. I just bought a car and couldn't get an appointment the same day to register the title and get the tag. I had booked it for next day and asked the leasing office if it was okay to park car in visitors 'without a tag' because I wasn't sure about the towing regulations. The leasing employee told the car wouldn't be towed if parked in visitors, I asked him twice as I "did not have a tag "and he said it was fine and I didn’t have to worry. So, I parked the car. Next day morning my car was missing, I asked leasing and they said I need to pay $125 , as it got towed. When I told them that I specifically asked them about it, they replied that they had assumed I have a temporary tag. So, because of their assumption I had to pay $125, to get the car. The towing company damaged the car and all the complaints go to a voicemail box and they're not returning calls !! So that’s an addition cost now. This community does have a prime location and the management is nice but needs a lot of work. If you're international and have little knowledge about rules, I would not recommend this place. Also, they do not clean all units before you move-in and you may need to bug the leasing for a very long time before they start doing a basic cleaning of the apartment.
