So I’m waiting patiently in line for 3-5 minutes with my well-behaved but antsy 18 month old. The woman calls me up and I smile and lead with “So I’m not totally sure how this works, but I intercepted a package that was going to the wrong addr....” She cuts me off and immediately says “It’s not here.” Nothing else. No explanation. I stutter in confusion and explain that the online request made me choose a post office and chose this one. She cuts me off again to give me the address of this post office. “I know where I’m at. The update I was given shows it in Salem today an....” she cuts me off YET again “Well, that doesn’t mean it’s here.” I REALIZE THAT LADY. I just turned and walked out. All I was looking for was some insight on how this works because the website wasn’t that helpful. I was in the area and thought I would drop by in person. The fact that you hate your job is not my fault. Be nice to people!!!

I have been coming here for the last 3 months now and always have friendly service at the counter. Sometimes there can be a little bit of a wait depending on when you come in but nothing too inconvenient. Lots of parking and it's always clean.

Was surprised to see that the last pick up for mail is 4:15. This is inside the building. Thought by driving to the local office I would be able to mail envelopes and get them processed the same day. So 4:30 was too late.

They have maps available from the carriers where you live to which Post Office you will want. I'm retired and disabled postal worker.
