You would need to contact the Town of Smithtown, we are no affiliated with them, we only recycling concrete, asphalt and dirt.

What material is it made out of? When I disposed of my trash pail, I just left a note for the collector to take it with the rest of my stuff so they wouldn't just think it was still serving as just a container.
