Literally a slum lord. Please don’t go through them unless you absolutely have to. Rick is so rude, when I turned in my keys he talked down to me. One time he was outside my apartment on the phone and I heard him say the N word with a hard R! I was in shock. These houses are raggedy anyways. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

I rented from here for the past 3 years. My husband and I where at rock bottom when we walked into this office and Rick gave us a second chance. We are so grateful for our time spent there and will never forget it. Cat is super cool. I loved going in to chat with her when I went in to pay my rent. Apartments are small but they are just what you need if your trying to get on your feet. Power and cable is included..who can beat that? I Recommend RTJJ to anyone who is trying. Really Good people!

I have never experienced such disrespect as I have encountering this rental company. When inquiring on behalf of my client with a disability, he ridiculed her income and persona. Refusing to even further discuss with her the possibility of a rental.

He has different properties...so they are all different...he's very easy to work with and if you have time to look at different places you can be a little picky. We love where we are and the people seem nice..it's a quiet and safe place to live

Said i needed at least 700 dollars deposit, back ground check, proof of employment, Drivers License, first months rent before I even come through the door, money up front, I guess they have been burned badly from past tenants?

Thank you Dante Miller and Qyvon Hoyle. I have a pit bull and it's really hard to find a place to rent if you have a pittie! My sister and her husband used to live in one of RTJJ's properties and they were allowed to have their pit bull, so I wasn't sure if they still allowed pets or not.

What is the usual base rent? And how does it work
