Ordered 3 meatloaf and a 1/2 chicken and they left out the chicken and they left out the chicken. Wife called to let them know and they said we could go get one before they close. She headed that way and they then call back to say that they are not going to give her one because they "know" they didn't leave it out and "so we are just trying to get free food" on top of all that the bread was rock hard. Poor customer service and even worse food experience here

My fiancé and I got the rotisserie nuggets with a side and drink. The chicken was dry and tasted absolutely disgusting. Way too much salt. Even the sauces were gross. Only thing that tasted “ok” was the macaroni and broccoli. This was our first time here and we will not be returning.

Ray Simmons Boston Market don't never run out of chicken, they always have chicken whenever i go there.
Was just there they are supposed to be open 11am-10pm and they are offering catering Thanksgiving and Christmas
