Literally the dirtiest place I've ever been. I'm still itchy 2 days later, I probably got headlice. It's THAT BAD. A kid threw up on me, I bet if I went there, I could still see the stain it left. They have a area in the back with two boxes and a metal pipe between them and a SIGN that says. "Not a feature"....remove it then! There was three employees there and only one of them even attempted to watch the bedlam that was happening...and even that was half asked because they were on their phone. The other two employees sat behind the desk. For how much you pay, they could probably throw some money at a professional steam cleaning once a week or something.. They could easily be THE destination for fun in the area, just a little more structured and clean would make that place amazing. As it stands, I'll never go back.

The place was fun. Lots of space and things to do. But it was absolutely disgusting. Every colored mat was black. Every trampoline had stains. Some spots smelled very badly like vomit. The foam pit was FULL of vomit. They clearly don't clean this place much at all. The parking lot was even pretty gross. They don't sell any food there unless your there for a party. And after all the kids eat and start jumping they puke everywhere and the staff was non existent so the puke just started piling up after 2 hours. Pretty disgusting. We won't ever go back there. It's also pretty expensive considering how gross everything was. Staff just stood behind the counter on their phones.

The kids love it here and have tons of fun, but I am disgusted by the building. To be clear, this is absolutely not the fault of the one (likely minimum wage) employee up front. This is the fault of poor and lazy management. Ceiling is falling down (health and safety hazard), random leak causing a wet spot on the floor, piles of dirt and dust everywhere. I would suggest corporate addresses these hazards before you get shut down.

Had a birthday party here. The kids had fun. However our hostess did very little. She was absent most of the time and we had to seek her out for every single thing we needed. I would not have another party here. I would bring the kids to play but not do another party here. Also to note: for most of the time we were the only party so there was no reason why we had to keep going up front to ask for things.

Questions & Answers

I purchased 3 yearly passes for my grandkids in early part of 2020... With covid and the closing of the trampoline park... What kind of reimbursement or extension on our passes will take place... This was a very costly investment and barely used it.

Theyre honoring them until Dec 31st 2021. Which I still don't agree with because we bought ours in March and literally was able to use it for 2 days

What is the pricing
