I can't say enough about how well Save More on Pools responded to me when I notified them that my new diving board was dinged on the surface. I sent pictures and we had a few emails back and forth, but in the end they sent back a shipping label for the board to be picked up. I wrapped the board back up put the label on the package and called Fed X to have the board picked up. I was expecting to have the board picked up and wait around a couple more weeks for the new board to be shipped ugg. Well 2 days after my call to Fed X the new board arrived and they picked up the damaged board WOW was not expecting that! Awesome service and everything happened just in time for the 4th of July YEA!!

Had to return the pool to get a bigger size. It was the biggest hassle ever. They got the return package and basically just ignored it and never gave us our refund. Called them several times and was on hold for literally an hour and got nothing but answering machines after being on hold. Finally got in touch with them days later and they gave us a fraction of our refund stating restocking fees. It doesn't cost $200 to move a box around in your warehouse. This company is horrible.

Ordered a pool ladder that had 3 right hand pieces and only 1 left hand piece in the box instead of 2 right and 2 left. There was also a part that was split along a seam. After attempting to contact the manufacturer and receiving no reply I called poolsupplies.com customer service and was asked to email support with specific directions. After emailing exactly as asked, I was told the manufacturer knows that they packed the boxes wrong and I needed to contact the manufacturer. I specifically stated both on the phone and in the email that I attempted to contact the manufacturer multiple times and they refused to respond. And the bigger problem is if both the manufacturer and seller know there is an issue with the product not having the correct parts in the box then why are you continuing to sell and ship it?

Worst website, checkout, and customer service experience I could have expected. Order here only if you want to have your card charged multiple times with zero orders actually placed and ineffective customer service policies that hold your money and/or your order hostage for days on end. Ridiculous!!

We can get them but generally don't carry parts for slides although we do sell slides but what do you need exactly
