My family and I were in town for a funeral. I’m not new to the Hampton and most of my stays there have been favorable but this time was different. We found a BEDBUG in our room on one of the beds crawling on a pillow. You always hear of them but to see one in person was a different story. We were able to catch it and take it downstairs for the employees to see and they were able to confirm it also. Very unfortunate to say the least. Makes you not want to stay anywhere but home.

HAVE NOT STAYED AND WONT BE STAYING based on reviews and word of mouth. I called to check on reservations for A&T homecoming weekend. The price for rooms will go from the usual $200 average to $600 to$800 per night. They have lost all of there mind. And anyone who pays it has also. And next you cant check in until 3pm and out by 11am. Why do these people think they can do this to us. They don't try to recover there Corona loses with other homecomings and there are plenty of universities in Greensboro. And it is not located in a great area of the city. Know that as fact. We are getting in touch with city officials to find out the legalities of this crazy situation. People check out where you going before you go.

So today I called in and the front desk agent Cassandra was very rude and nasty I asked for a manager she said there wasn’t one to speak with I told her I made a mistake and booked at the wrong hotel she tells me she doesn’t care call Hilton and let the deal it because it’s not her job mind you I work for Hilton and I’m a gold member it is the hotels job to assist the guest as much as possible it’s real sad like why come to work if you don’t feel like working I don’t even wanna give them a star

Everything was good except some flaws in room. Like the ottoman was worn and missing fabric like it was 30 years old. Curtain is broken at top, cracks in wall in shower. There was long hair in shower .. none of ours .. but other than that room and service great. Contact less check in a d out great! And good location!
