When my Ray-Ban frames broke, the optician team at Battleground Eye worked to quickly repair and allowed me to provide my own labels for overnight delivery to save money as I was living in the Triangle and didn't want to drive over. When I lived in GSO, I went to a different practice for the exam, but my family looked to Battleground Eye as they had a bigger selection and better service. In fact, they were able to special order these frames which I had originally found in Walmart just by looking at the photo and ordering from Luxottica (the big empire that owns most frame brands). Doing it this way I was able to use the VSP in-network benefits and get a name brand glass and coating instead of Walmart. They use HOYA glass (competitor to Essilor) at this shop if that matters to you.
