My appointment was for 2:00, 9-20. They double book so we had to wait. They said to get my glasses adjusted,they never asked that of me; they lied. Took 3 others before me,finally got to get the exam at 3:16. Never coming back. The two girls at the reception were laughing about it.

Poor service. How do tell customers sign in and then don’t bother to even call them up. Ten minutes later oh do you want to check out. Like really I came here to get my daughter glasses. Oh ok you can look for some glasses. Didn’t even bother to look at the sign in sheet.

Cancelled my appointment last minute and called me once about it, no text or email notification even though that's how all the other appointment information was sent. Waste of time.

Hello Martina, you can schedule an appointment online or by calling the store.
They accept almost any insurance out there. I can't think of one they don't. And my friend manages one of the stores so she has not told me of any but she has told me they pretty much take all of them.
I got mine in 2 weeks, they also said it would take longer, but it didn't.
You probably could. I bought a pair for my daughter who doesn't need glasses so I only had to pay for the frames
