Horrendous. Decided to go to McDonalds down the road. I didn’t even get served, no one even answered the drive thru microphone. Went around and noticed no one was tending the drive thru at 10:35a on September 6 2022. I get it, fast food isn’t supposed to be perfect. This, however, was the worst experience, mainly because there wasn’t one to begin with when I arrived to the restaurant. Probably won’t return, mainly because there was no one tending the drive thru when it is a drive thru only location. If you’re not open, just say it on the window or at the drive thru, so multiple people don’t waste their time. Terrible.

Dinning room was closed, took forever for the drive thru. Then got back to work and found someone's hair in my burger. Through it away and went to McDonald's took half the time with better quality.
