Bad customer service. I was going in to return a modem and they let 2 people go in front of me that arrived after i did. They do not go by the sign in kiosk so don't bother. Very few places to sit and wait. Go to the location in hickory if you can.

No it's charter
Because charter is garbage.
I received a letter from Spectrum saying that the internet speed would be 200 megabytes per second well not true in Lenoir North Carolina don't know what the problem is the advertisement come in the mail that we had been raised up to 200 megabytes per second
It is out in Granite falls,only getting the local channels
It depends on the channel, your current package, the package that the channel is a part of.

You should be able to change your plan at any point in time that you want you will have a remaining bill due though for what you have used my internet service is only $45 a month

Spectrum is always having issues. In rwo years we have never had a month ,maybe a week without issues.
